Members are invited to attend our annual Burns Supper which will be held on Saturday 26th January 2019 in the French Ballroom at the Midland Hotel, Bradford. Reception will be from 6.30 pm for a 7.00 pm prompt start. In keeping with the tradition for the Burns Supper, dress code is Lounge Suit or Highland Dress. Carriages 12.30am.
The programme will feature the traditional Address to the Haggis, the Immortal Memory, Toast to the Lassies and the Lassies’ Response, plus some songs and Burns’ poetry. There will also be a full programme of dancing, which will be accompanied by the ever-popular live music of Ian Slater.
We will be holding a raffle in support of the President’s chosen charities. As always, all donations of raffle prizes will be gratefully received. As always, members’ guests will be wearmly welcomed to enjoy the special Burns Night atmosphere.
