The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the society will take place at 2.30pm on Sunday 19 March in the Forster Suite at the Midland Hotel in Bradford.
All members will already have received notice of the meeting by email or post together with the minutes of the last AGM in 2016, the agenda for this years’ meeting and a nomination form for elected officers of the Council.
It has become the habit for the past few years to have luncheon before the meeting and this year is no exception. Details of the meal will be circulated separately in a few days but it will be served at 12.15pm. Please book through the Secretary.
We are looking for new Council members and if anyone is interested we would welcome nominations to the Secretary by the due date.
